Background

Synergie Institute is a global pioneer in fertilizer efficiency enhancement R&D. We have developed a comprehensive technology system including nutrient leakage prevention, plant vaccine technology, and microbial community activation. To validate these innovations in real-world agricultural settings, we seek an internationally renowned German research partner with expertise in smart farming, precision agriculture, and crop phenotyping.

What We're Looking For

Digital solutions and methodologies to validate fertilizer efficiency enhancement technologies:

• Advanced sensor systems for real-time nutrient monitoring in soil and plants

• Precision agriculture platforms with IoT, satellite imagery, and machine learning

• High-throughput crop phenotyping systems

• Digital tools for environmental benefit quantification

Requirements

Must-have:

• Located in Germany with established research infrastructure

• Internationally recognized expertise in smart farming, precision agriculture, or crop phenotyping

• Proven track record in fundamental research and technology transfer

• Capability to work with TRL 5-9 (validated in relevant environments through market deployment)

• Ability to conduct field validation in real agricultural settings

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with nutrient use efficiency research

• Access to diverse agricultural test sites

• Existing partnerships with farming communities

• Track record of successful industry-academia collaborations
